FABRIC PROTECTION

Today’s living means that accidents and spills do happen. You can reduce any potential problems by having fabric professionally treated with Homeserve Fabric Protector. The furniture will be treated before delivery by one of our in-house professionals.

Unlike other products that only coat the surface, our unique protection formulation penetrates deep into each fibre. Additionally it won’t alter the colour or texture of treated fabrics.

In addition to this fabric treatment, the Homeserve programme will provide a textile cleaning and spot removal kit, free of charge. On purchasing this programme you will also register to a 5 year warrantee, providing a professional cleaner to be sent to your home for spots from food, drink, pet and human bodily fluids which can’t be removed. Stains covered within the Homeserve fabric protection programme include;

LEATHER PROTECTION

The Homeserve leather care programme once again provides a 5 year warrantee including a free leather care kit.

Very similar to the fabric warrantee the leather programme will protect you against all accidental damages listed above. It will also cover you for accidental rips, tears, burns and punctures. Throughout your leather care programme there will be a leather specialist on hand, if a problem cannot be solved by the care kit provided.

Homeserve has put together two types of leather care kit. Which one you receive will be in accordance with the type of leather you purchase. The kits contain; leather master soft cleaner, protection cream, ink away pen or scratch away pen (according to which kit), two application cloths and a sponge. In addition there will be an instruction DVD to help guide you through the leather cleaning process.

The leather care system represents the ultimate in leather care technology. The unique formulation cleans, conditions, protects and prolongs the life of your leather upholstery. Professional cleaning and repairs can be very expensive, this is a wise investment.
