A Genuine Design Classic
The Windsor has been in continuous production since founder Lucian Ercolani created it in the 1950s, and it remains the widest collection ercol makes today. Traditional craft, dovetail joints and ercol's iconic oval handles run throughout, marking it out as a true design classic.
The range is extensive. Tables include large, medium and small extending tables and a gate leg table. Seating runs to the Penn Classic and Penn Padded Back dining chairs. Storage and display cover sideboards in three heights, cabinets with and without drawers, a console table, a corner cabinet, four sizes of TV unit, bookcases and display cabinets in two sizes, optional display tops for several sideboards and cabinets, plus a nest of tables and a side table.
Solid Ash Throughout
Chairs are built from solid ash, while cabinets use solid ash and ash veneers, across all ten ercol ash finishes. The Penn Classic and Penn Padded Back chairs are not available in Whitened, Moss Green, Burnt Umber, Ink Blue or Black, so it is worth confirming your finish before ordering if you are choosing these chairs.
A Foundation for Any Dining Room
Given the breadth of the range, many customers build their whole dining and living scheme from this one collection, tables, chairs, storage and display pieces all sharing the same design language. It is one of the few ercol collections that can furnish an entire room on its own.
