Stressless Stella
Stressless Stella is built around the BalanceAdapt™ system, so the seat adjusts as you shift, recline or put your feet up – then locks in place whenever you want an ordinary sofa. Try it at Ward Brothers, your local Stressless stockist.
A Sofa That Responds to You
Stella is one of the more technical sofas in the Stressless range – soft and contemporary in shape, but built around a system that actively responds to how you sit rather than staying fixed in one position. Recline, lean forward, lie down or put your feet up, and the seat adjusts with you.
The BalanceAdapt™ System
BalanceAdapt™ allows the seat to move as you shift your weight, enhancing balance and support as you go from sitting upright to lying back. When you'd rather it behaved like a regular sofa, simply lock the function and it stays still.
Configuration Options
Stella is available with three different armrests, a choice of seat widths, a corner unit, and a custom headrest and footstool, so it can be configured for a compact snug or a larger open-plan room.
Leather, Fabric and Build
Stella is available across a wide leather and fabric range, including the wool-blend Abelia fabric. It's handcrafted in Norway and carries a 10-year guarantee on the mechanism and construction.
