Does it apply after I've ordered?
Yes. Our Price Match remains valid for 7 days after purchase. If you find it cheaper within that period, contact us immediately.
What if the other retailer is having a sale?
We'll match legitimate sale prices from authorised retailers. However, we don't match flash sales ending within 24 hours or clearance of discontinued stock.
Do you match online-only retailers?
We match prices from authorised UK retailers with a physical presence or established online reputation. We don't match marketplaces, auction sites or grey-market sellers.
What happens after I contact you?
Our team will verify the price and product specification within 24 hours. If it matches our criteria, we'll confirm the price match by email or phone.
