Visited Ward Brothers in need of a new sofa and dining table. Was pleasantly surprised to find out the store was a family run business and how well displayed everything was. Staff were very friendly and advised me with which pieces to choose as i didn't have a clue! Made an order and received my delivery within six weeks so was very happy with the whole experience, will visit again and have recommended to all my friends.

So Impressed With The Service

We have shopped at places like John Lewis, Next, etc (all of which we like) for furniture but we were so impressed with the service received when buying furniture from Ward Brothers. The furniture is good quality and reasonably priced but what sets Ward Brothers apart is the excellent service. Gareth was professional, friendly and very informative in sales, the delivery team were brilliant and Steve was excellent with after sales. Thank you all, we will definitely be returning.

Nothing Was Too Much Trouble
